In this mentorship program, she actively facilitates knowledge-sharing sessions and organizes skill development workshops like “TechElevateHer: Empowering Women in Tech Workshop.” By doing so, Paula not only imparts valuable insights but also creates a platform for women to build meaningful connections and navigate their career paths more effectively. Her signature presentation on ‘Women Leaders in Tech’ in particular has helped many women in the program to overcome challenges, gain confidence in their abilities, and aspire to leadership roles in the tech industry.
