Best Practices for Inclusive Excellence

Develop data-informed best practices for inclusive excellence and a supportive campus.

In collaboration with campus partners, we focus our initiatives by exploring gender and racial/ethnic gaps in IT workforce diversity data.  Our goal is to support the advancement of women in IT from hire to retire while raising awareness of gender and racial/ethnic gaps across our organization.

Career Coaching

Sponsor career coaching for high potential women. Educate leaders on how to recognize and embrace sponsorship opportunities with confidence.

Events

Offer Educational Presentations, Seminars, Panels, and Events that provide voice to our mission.

In partnership with campus community, technology professionals and leaders, we will strive to design, develop, and execute on diverse educational opportunities that enrich our minds and spark creativity that further advances WiTUCI’s mission of empowering and advancing women in technology. WiTUCI events will aim at responding to the existing needs of our constituents and campus culture. They will also continually evolve with rapid changes in the higher-ed and technology industry requiring us to strengthen strategic partnerships, be agile and adaptable while meeting UCI’s needs.
