Julie Youm is the Assistant Dean of Education Compliance and Quality and the Director of Educational Technology. She is excited to be a part of the WITI community and hopes to see the field of technology continue to diversify responsibly. Julie has been working with technology for over 25 years. Her career began as a software developer and technical architect and then transitioned to working with educational technologies. Her current focus is on medical education where her interests revolve around finding effective use of technology in the medical school curriculum and optimizing continuous quality improvement processes.
