We are pleased to announce the formation of a new diversity affinity group, Women In Technology at UCI. Women in Technology at UCI aims to connect, inspire, and empower women working, researching and teaching in technology-related fields throughout our enterprise.
Through strategic partnerships, career development, educational events, and networking activities, this employee-initiated organization will strengthen the community of women in technology at UCI. We look forward to this organization working with staff, faculty, students, and alumni to further the group’s vision and build a strong community of women innovators, leaders, and their allies.
Women in Technology at UCI has established an advisory board made up of a diverse group of faculty and staff in technology roles across UCI. These individuals were selected by the organization’s membership because of their professional accomplishments, dedication to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, and commitment to UCI’s mission.
